The alternative is wacky mac, but the serving sizes are different. Seems they would be close to the same with that accounted for. Not bad in moderation. Wish they made low fat Mac and cheese. Love this stuff but don't eat it all the time.. Which is good because it's not that healthy. Easy to cook and easy to kill you. I say good riddance. I'm poor so this is what I eat. Love love them. Good stuff. Ugh but it's so good! No nutrients. They make low fat mac n' cheese! Love Mac n' cheese. One problem is I can NOT eat wheat.: My kids like it moma happy no one is happy if moma and the kids aren't happy!: Kids love it, moms seem to buy a lot of it. Any nutrition it might have, had to be added in the enrichment process. Much better choices out there. I don't recall eating it as a kid though. My boyfriend and son love this stuff, but I prefer the from-scratch kind.
Best ever. The product is calories per serving as prepared. I'm going to continue to eat this one. I don't really care that its not whole grain but I'm allergic to dairy and they don't have any goat or sheep cheesw. I luv mac n cheese.
